This hotel offers excellent value for money, with competitive prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist guests. The basic amenities are well-maintained and the rooms, despite their small size, have new facilities. Additionally, the hotel's location near the MRT station and Ximen shopping area, as well as the nearby night market and Ximending shopping district, make it a convenient choice for exploring the city.
The limited space in the rooms.

This hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it perfect for those who love to shop and explore. With its proximity to the Ximen station, getting around is a breeze. The rooms, although cozy, are well-designed, and the attention to detail is evident with the new facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Plus, having breakfast included is a great bonus.
The hotel could improve on its breakfast menu variety.

- The cleanliness of the hotel room. - The bed is rather comfortable. - Free drinks and Internet access at the hotel lobby.
- The location is actually quite a distance from the Xi Men Station Approx.15 Mins. It's rather tiring especially after a long day outside. - The standard room is rather small with the bed facing right infront of the toilet. Not much space to put my stuffs on the table provided. - The toilet glass door is translucent not recommended for friends or families. Limited space available to put my personal toiletries. - The staffs are rather inexperience in travelling related enquiries. For eg. How to book a bus ticket from the hotel to the airport? - The breakfast are rather dull but still acceptable.

Hotel is situated just 5 minute walk from MRT Ximen station in busy shopping area, very close to center of Taipei. The room was clean and modern designed with new furniture and nice blue lighted bathroom. Free wifi internet works without problems, breakfast was simple but good.
There was a wireless doorbell in our room..sometimes it started ringing suddenly by itself and nobody behind the door...:-)

Located near to the bustling Ximending shopping district, this hotel provides a convenient base to explore the area. Within walking distance, guests can find a convenience store across the road and food options just next door. the daily room service ensures a clean and comfortable room, while the large bathtubs in some rooms are perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploration. the breakfast options include fried food, Japanese noodles, vegetables and tofu. the laundry facilities in the adjacent building are free to use.
Communication with staff can sometimes be difficult, causing inconvenience.

The service provided by the staff were excellent. They were always helpful and attentive to our needs. I think I was upgraded to a big room, with an additional bed though there were only 2 of us.. The room and bathroom were very spacious! The building we stayed in were quite secure, such that you need the hotel access card to enter into the guests level.. Wouldnt mind coming back to this hotel again when I visit Taiwan again.
It was not as near to the train station as described.. About 2 or 3 streets away.. approximately 10 mins walk.. the block we stayed was separated from the hotel lobby (across the street) so after we walked 10mins to find the hotel lobby.. realised that we have to walk again to reach our room. thankfully the hotel staff helped one of us with our luggage.. I was on the 10th upper floor.. which after coming out from the the lift.. there is another short flight of stairs.. so not v user friendly for those with big luggages but again. the hotel staff helped us both girls with the luggage when we checked-in. but we had to bring it down ourselves on the day we check out..

The room at Ximen 101 - S Hotel was smaller than expected, but that didn't hinder our comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff from other branches who helped us when we got lost. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of good food options nearby. We also enjoyed the free beverages and the convenience of a 24-hour laundromat nearby. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Taipei.
